M. O'Conor presents his compliments
to the Prince & Ministers & begs to
the 27th refer them to his letter of
announcing the receipt of a telegram from the Administrator
of Hong Kong to the effect that some
men had been landed from
a Chinese Cruiser in Hongkong waters & had
arrested a Chinese in the Colony for
which act they had been taken into Custody.
Their Excellencies the Ministers having informed M. Hillier, the Chinese Secretary, who was sent to the Tsungli Yamen.
